What Affects Transit

  1. Vessel schedule: RoRo vessels typically sail weekly from Shanghai; less frequent from secondary ports
  2. Trans-shipment: Iraq, Egypt inland ports often require trans-shipment at Dubai or Jeddah
  3. Seasonal: Chinese New Year (late Jan / Feb) shipping schedules disrupted for 2–3 weeks
  4. Weather: Typhoon season July–October can delay departures 1–7 days
