For an initial trial order, transport mode exit can be set as a separate acceptance item. First agree on the arrival photos, PDI work orders, software status, and customer receipt checklists to be delivered; once received, have the procurement, logistics, or after-sales personnel who will actually use them review them. If confirmation is only verbal at the sales level, the risk remains that vehicles are handed directly to customers after arriving at the dealership, allowing transport-status or configuration issues to spill over. Future volume expansion should be based on this record and on the rule that safety-related exceptions must be closed before retail delivery.
