To determine whether flood risk is ready for delivery, ask three questions: Can the documentation be tied to the vehicles in this lot? Does the person executing the step have authority? Is there an exit path for exceptions? The answers must be supported by the policy, coverage scope, deductible, pre- and post-shipment images, and notification records. Marketing pages or chat screenshots cannot replace these documents. If any question remains unanswered, keep the item pending verification to avoid being unable to prove when the loss occurred or who is entitled to claim after an incident.
