A single-vehicle trial order should be independently verifiable. Purchasing staff can first collect the carrier restrictions, vehicle dimensions, loading plan, and destination-port receiving plan, then check whether they refer to the same contract, lot, or VIN. Documents that cannot be matched should remain pending verification and cannot be used to resolve mismatches between the shipping method and vehicle condition, shipment volume, or port requirements. Final action remains subject to the requirements of the shipping line, terminal, and dangerous-goods carrier.
