Before linking the arrival PDI to the pre-shipment inspection, write same-VIN inspection records, new transport damage and state of charge, and function re-testing and delivery rectification as verifiable conditions; vague contract promises do not count. Keep the VIN and photo baseline from the pre-shipment inspection in the arrival PDI, and record only newly found transport damage, charge changes and function anomalies, which makes claims easier. Use same-VIN inspection records as the primary record, file the materials for new transport damage and state of charge, and have the person in charge re-confirm when function re-testing and delivery rectification changes.

The arrival PDI check holds only for the current configuration and VIN; re-verify after any change in model year, software or batch. If you need to verify the vehicle models and export documents the arrival PDI covers, send the checklist to Starvia Automotive for a re-check by the China team.
