Maintain a separate document-status checklist for every vehicle, showing its identification information, missing document, responsible party for supplementation, and deadline. When a bulk shipment arrives, post and review each vehicle individually so batch-level status does not conceal unit-level gaps. Responsibility for supplemental documents remains subject to the contract and the latest requirements of destination-country authorities.
