Work backward from the execution milestone associated with remote control; a supplier's general response is only a lead. Identify who provides the VIN list, software baseline, update notes, recall status, and authorization records; who reviews them; when they expire; and who approves an alternative if a deviation occurs. This helps uncover issues before vehicle hardware is usable but recalls, OTA updates, or account services cannot be completed locally. The conclusion must still follow the rule that updates cannot replace local recall obligations and customer-notification procedures.
