For an initial trial order, make termination for breach a separate acceptance item. First agree on the main contract, attachment versions, approval trail, and notice-delivery records to be delivered. Once received, have the person in procurement, logistics, or after-sales who will actually use the information review it. Oral confirmation from sales alone does not eliminate the risk that liability becomes unassigned after an exception because parties understand matters differently. Any order expansion should be based on this record and on the final signed text and advice on the governing law.
