Emissions and safety versions should be confirmed during the pre-order document review, covering the vehicle version, emissions type, and rules applicable to the relevant model year. Once a version mismatch is discovered after arrival, there is usually little room to adjust, so version fields should be included in the order attachment before payment and shipment.

For the destination country, market-entry, tax, registration, and local procedures must still be confirmed against the latest requirements of competent authorities, licensed organizations, and applicable contractual provisions.
