Once received, have the procurement, logistics, or after-sales personnel who will actually use the information review it. If confirmation exists only as a sales-side verbal statement, the risk remains that vehicle hardware is usable but recalls, OTA updates, or account services cannot be completed locally. Base later order expansion on this record and on the fact that updates cannot replace local recall obligations and customer-notification procedures.
