For an initial pilot order, treat site capacity as a separate acceptance item. First agree on the vehicle charging records, equipment specifications, fault codes, and site-capacity assessments to be delivered. After receipt, have the procurement, logistics, or after-sales personnel who will actually use the information review it. A verbal sales-side confirmation does not remove the risk of incompatibility between vehicle connectors, communications, or grid conditions and local facilities. Base subsequent expansion on these records and on the rule that connector appearance alone cannot guarantee that all public chargers will work.
